Excellent portrait of Neil in standby moment, waiting for the signal to shoot. It would do well for the episode where he successfully hit an orbital target. 
Admittedly the first-shot rate is high, but it has to be. If Lockon doesn't get a first-shot kill, the enemy MS won't be there for a second shot, lmuchike real-life sniping. And he has no excuse, since Orange Haro is on hand to help put so he can do the calculations. 
The picture is good b & w, it has the look of a production sketch.
